The article argues that the Integrative-Reflective Approach provides a powerful methodological foundation for developing teacher and teaching competency effectively. By synthesizing theoretical knowledge with practical application and embedding continuous critical reflection, this approach facilitates a transformative professional learning process. Drawing on international theory and domestic research from Uzbekistan, this article explores the pedagogical foundations of this approach, delineates its role in constructing teachers‘ DI skills, and positions it as a vital catalyst for achieving modern educational objectives, particularly within the context of ongoing educational reforms.
