This article explores the current challenges and innovative solutions in modern language education in the 21st century. The authors analyze how technological progress, globalization, and digital transformation have reshaped the ways languages are taught and learned. The study highlights issues such as low student motivation, lack of qualified teachers, digital inequality, and limited professional development opportunities. Furthermore, it introduces innovative teaching approaches such as blended learning, mobileassisted language learning (MALL), gamification, and artificial intelligence integration. The paper concludes that modern language education must balance traditional pedagogy with technology-driven innovation to develop communicative competence, intercultural understanding, and lifelong learning habits.
